We all generate the results that we feel that we deserve. The eating disorder isn't the cause it's the symptom! I need to love and care for myself!
I want to be healthy.
I want to love myself.
I want to be proud of my body and my life.
When it comes to my behavior around food
I want to eat when I'm hungry
I want to stop eating when I'm full
I want to only eat food that I like
I want to savour the food
I want to eat slowly and be mindfully
I want to take care of myself emotionally before eating.
